The Return of The Victoria Secret Fashion Show

The angel's have returned!!!

The iconic Victoria Secret Fashion Show made its return for the first time since 2019, and they definitely returned bigger and better than ever.

Not only did the show return but well known and loved models from the show's history made their return to the runway. Filling the night with lots of nostalgia.

Tyra Banks (her first time back to the show since her last appearance 20 years ago) Adriana Lima, Bella Hadid, even Kate Moss walked the runway tonight in New York City, just to name a few.

It was Gigi Hadid who opened the show, rising from the floor in a stunning light pink design with large mesmerizing pink angel wings.

A verse from the INXS hit "Never Tear Us Apart" played as Hadid walked the runway with her signature strut, with the lyric "We all have wings but some of us don't know why.”

"We are back," the screen read, before Hadid descended back into the runway. Kicking off to what will become the most iconic VS Fashion Show ever.

The night also saw an amazing lineup for performers, from Lisa, Tyla, and Cher. All performances full of energy and entertaining.

This is also the first time ever the show showcased wearable looks. Which means if you saw something one of the models was wearing (besides the wings unfortunately) you can go to your local Victoria Secret or online VS store and purchase it.

For my personal thoughts on the show? I love to see that they stayed true to the roots of the show and really gave us what we expect/ wanted and love about the show. The giant wings, the high energy performances, and overall the fun environment the show gives.

Even giving us our favorite models. Having a lineup of models from the show's history was a great surprise and was, in my opinion, the best way to make a comeback. It really gave tribute to the show's long history.

I was especially excited to see Adriana Lima, Barbara Palvin (who also had one of my favoritelooks of the show) , and Kate Moss.

After a 6 year hiatus, I think it's safe to say, it was a comeback of a lifetime.
